Afin d'optimiser au maximum la capacit\u00e9 globale du filtre et aussi la dur\u00e9e de vie de l'extracteur.\r\n\r\nLe marquage ou la gravure laser est une application qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re une grande quantit\u00e9 de fum\u00e9es et particules de tailles diff\u00e9rentes. Pouvant parfois \u00eatre d'une taille inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 20 microm\u00e8tres. ILF 1000 filtre BOFA est donc l\u00e0 pour aider pour le syst\u00e8me d'extraction \u00e0 traiter ces grandes quantit\u00e9s de particules.\r\n\r\nSa construction avec un bo\u00eetier en acier inoxydable garantie ainsi une filtration optimale de l'unit\u00e9. De plus, le syst\u00e8me de filtration ILF 1000 poss\u00e8de un sac filtrant. D'une efficacit\u00e9 pouvant aller jusqu'\u00e0 95% pour les particules d'une taille de 0,9 microns. Le pr\u00e9-filtre DeepPleat DUO pr\u00e9sent au sein de l'unit\u00e9 ILF 1000 int\u00e8gre une chambre de d\u00e9crochage de 15 litres. Le filtre ILF 1000 poss\u00e8de \u00e9galement une couche de fibre de verre pliss\u00e9e de 200 mm de profondeur.
